    As usual with Buck's. Ridiculous customer service. Ordered a custom holster with specific adjustments. From the time I ordered to ship date was about 3 days. Quality is better than my $120 Holsters from other companies. I now own 3 bucks holsters.

    This is my Second IWB Hybrid Buck holster, I had my first for over 2 years wearing it every single day for that time, and eventually, the Kydex section where the clip is screwed on broke. It was not the fault of the holster, it is the way on daily so it was destained to happen. so i immediately reached out to Buck Holsters with the Config for my G19 MOS with a TRL-8AG light and they had it shipped out in very short order. This holster is so comfortable and conceals so well that I don't even take it off when I reach the office. I wear it all day long,. So I have the holster on me an average of 910 hours, 5 days a week and I do carry on weekends. I will order another as a backup as I don't ever want to be without my Buck Holster. Truth be told I have tried so many holsters before and I can say without a doubt, the IWB Hybrid is the best you will get out there, it satisfies both comfort as well as concealability.

    I bought four holsters from box Holsters, top quality I've had a few of them for years, the leather stay strong and it's so comfortable. Shipping is crazy good. I bought a new canik on Friday I ordered holster it arrived Sunday. If that does a scream great customer service I don't know what does. Keep up the great work I'll keep buying

    need a better belt clip

    This is the second holster i purchased from you. Both holsters have at one time slid out of my pants and fallen to the ground. Even though the belt clip sits under the belt it may work loose. A 90 degree turn of 1/8" up behind the belt would add a great level of security.
