Custom Images for Holsters Policy

All sales final. Custom image holsters are made to your specifications and can’t be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.

Be specific when ordering. Include:

• Firearm make/model & handedness

• Clip style, color/finish, cant/ride height

• Exact image file (highest resolution)

• Placement & scale (centered, full-wrap, logo size/location)

• Background preference (keep/remove/transparent)

• Any text (exact spelling) or special notes

How we print your image

• We may convert a single image into a repeating/multiple-image pattern to ensure coverage unless you specify otherwise.

• Colors & tones vary based on screens, materials, and base colors; minor variations in color, scale, or alignment are normal and not defects.

• Color-on-color limits: Certain inks shift over certain bases (e.g., red on green, gray on brown). If a combo will likely shift, we’ll adjust or recommend alternatives.

• Base material restrictions: We cannot print images over black Kydex or carbon fiber materials. 

Optional proof. Request a quick digital proof in your order notes (may extend turnaround). Production starts after approval.

Intellectual property. By uploading, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use the image. We may decline unlawful or inappropriate content.

If we make a mistake. For manufacturing errors (wrong model/handedness or a clear defect), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll repair or replace at our discretion. Normal print variation or issues from incorrect order details aren’t covered.
